My story
Experience on
both sides
of the table.
My career at Hewlett-Packard took me through Human Resources, Manufacturing, Sales, and Administration. I led global teams, worked inside complex organizations, and learned what it means to lead at scale.
I also saw accomplished women whose performance was undeniable, yet whose authority and influence didn’t reflect their contribution. The habits that had helped them succeed were sometimes the very habits keeping them in execution.
That experience shaped my coaching practice. Senior women deserve guidance that understands the decisions they make, the expectations they carry, and the organizational dynamics they navigate.
